User Agreement
Contract and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Pinco Casino Online. By creating an account, depositing, or placing a bet, you agree to these Terms and all rules, policies, and game/provider terms referenced here.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ and of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. Access is prohibited where online gambling is illegal. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts.
Account registration and verification
Provide accurate information and keep it updated. One account per person, device fingerprinting and other checks may apply. We perform KYC/AML screening and may request ID, selfie/video, and proof of address or funds.
Account security
You are responsible for login credentials. Enable 2FA. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Use payment methods in your name.
- Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method.
- Processing times and limits are shown in the Cashier and may vary by method and jurisdiction.
- We may split payments to comply with transactional ceilings and AML checks.
- We may request additional documents before payouts.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals may lead to account suspension and recovery of costs.
Currency
The primary account currency is USD unless your account settings specify otherwise. Currency conversions use the Cashier’s rate at the time of processing.
Bonuses and promotions
All bonuses are subject to the Bonus Terms shown in your account. Typical conditions may include wagering requirements, max bet during wagering, game contribution rules, expiry periods, and bonus-abuse restrictions. We may withhold or cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of breach, fraud, or abuse.
Sportsbook rules
- A bet is accepted when confirmed by our systems. We may reject or void bets prior to acceptance.
- Settlement follows provider rules and official results. Palpable errors, market suspensions, or event changes may result in voids or resettlements per rules.
- Cash-Out is not guaranteed and may be unavailable, partial, or reversed if pricing is incorrect or markets are suspended.
- Streaming is subject to rights restrictions and latency.
- Maximum payouts, bet limits, and eligible markets are as displayed on site.
Casino rules
- RNG outcomes are final subject to game malfunction.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, affected bets may be voided and balances rolled back to the last known good state.
- Game-specific rules, paytables, and limits are available within each title.
Prohibited conduct
No multi-accounting, bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion, arbitrage via matched/offsetting bets, chargeback abuse, use of bots or prohibited software, or masking location via VPN/proxy where restricted. We may close accounts, void bonuses/bets, and report to authorities.
Responsible gaming
Use our limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools. We may impose restrictions or request affordability information where risk indicators appear.
Dormant accounts
If you do not log in for a prolonged period, the account may be classified as dormant after prior notice as permitted by law. We may charge a reasonable dormancy fee as published on site. You can reactivate by contacting support and completing any required verification.
Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services for personal entertainment.
Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or where prohibited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for legal, security, or policy reasons, including KYC/AML failures, fraud, or regulatory requirements. Balances will be handled per law and these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
Terms may get updated now and then. Keep going after we announce changes? That’s you accepting them. If you object, stop using the site and ask support to close out your account.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, except mandatory consumer protections of your residence. Disputes should first be raised with support@pinco.win. If unresolved, you may escalate per our complaints route or to the relevant authority where applicable.
